Ryan's Commitment

What I'll do in congress

Cut spending and stop inflation
Claw back unused funds, block new deficit spending, and impose real limits on Washington

Secure the border and enforce the law
Finish the wall, speed up asylum decisions, and enforce removals for those who do not qualify to stay

Back law enforcement and restore order
Fully support law enforcement and ensure repeat violent offenders face real consequences

Defend constitutional rights
Protect free speech, due process, and the Second Amendment from federal overreach

Bring jobs back to America
Penalize companies that offshore jobs, prioritize American-made contracts, and make sure jobs go to legal workers, not those here illegally

Hold government accountable
Audit federal agencies, expose waste, and use oversight to force results

Congress already has the tools. Washington just isn’t using them.
I’ll use funding, laws, and oversight to cut waste, enforce accountability, and get results.

Affordability & Inflation

The cost of gas shouldn’t determine your family’s budget.

But right now, everything costs more: gas, groceries, and rent. Families feel it every day.

  • Pay down debt
  • Cut wasteful federal spending
  • Claw back unused funds
  • Expand American energy to lower gas and utility costs

Americans are being crushed by rising prices, and it didn’t happen by accident. Reckless spending in Washington has driven inflation and eroded the value of every paycheck.

Inflation is a hidden tax on working families. The answer isn’t more spending, it’s restoring discipline. That means cutting waste, clawing back unused funds instead of spending more, and expanding American energy to bring down everyday costs.

We also need to rebuild domestic production so we are not dependent on foreign supply chains. When Washington spends less and America produces more, costs come down and families get ahead again.

A country that can’t control its borders isn’t in control of its future.

  • Finish the wall where it works and hire more agents
  • Speed up asylum decisions and enforce existing laws
  • Invest in technology and make sure jobs go to legal workers, not those here illegally
  • Enforce removals for those here illegally who do not qualify to stay

We’ve seen what enforcement looks like. Under Donald Trump, policies like “Remain in Mexico” required many asylum seekers to wait outside the United States while their cases were processed, and crossings dropped when the law was enforced.

The lesson is simple: when you enforce the law, you get results. When you don’t, the system breaks down. That affects your community through pressure on schools, hospitals, and local services, and whether the rule of law actually means something.

That also means following through on enforcement. When individuals do not qualify to remain in the United States under the law, removals must be carried out consistently.

We need to enforce existing laws, modernize border security with technology, and make sure jobs go to legal workers, not those here illegally. That’s how you restore order, protect American jobs, and secure our communities.

You should feel safe in your own community.

  • Fully support law enforcement
  • Hold repeat violent offenders accountable
  • Direct federal resources to agencies that enforce the law

Too many communities are seeing rising crime and repeat offenders cycling through the system without consequences. When laws are not enforced consistently, criminals take advantage and families pay the price.

Public safety starts with backing law enforcement and restoring accountability. That means supporting officers, enforcing existing laws, and ensuring violent offenders face real consequences.

Safe communities are the foundation of a strong country. When people feel safe, families are stronger and communities can thrive.

You should be able to build a good life right here at home.

  • Cut red tape that is choking small businesses
  • Penalize companies that ship jobs overseas
  • Prioritize American-made businesses in federal contracts

For too long, jobs have been shipped overseas while American workers were left behind. At the same time, small businesses here at home are dealing with rising costs, excessive regulation, and uncertainty.

You can see it in industries like film and production that once brought jobs to Georgia but are now facing competition from countries like Canada and other global markets.

We need policies that reward companies for investing in America, not leaving it. That means cutting red tape, strengthening domestic production, and ensuring federal contracts support American workers.

When jobs stay here, opportunity stays here.

Energy costs impact everything you pay for, from gas to groceries.

  • Expand oil, gas, nuclear, and hydro production
  • Approve projects that increase supply
  • Lower costs for families and businesses
  • Eliminate federal support for unreliable solar and wind projects
  • Encourage large industrial complexes to self-generate their own power needs

Energy is the backbone of the economy. When energy costs rise, everything from transportation to groceries becomes more expensive.

America has the resources to be energy independent, but policy decisions have limited production and driven up costs.

We need an all-of-the-above approach that includes oil, gas, nuclear, and hydroelectric power. Increasing supply lowers costs and strengthens national security.

Reliable, affordable energy keeps the economy moving and puts money back in your pocket.

Washington doesn’t have a revenue problem. It has a spending problem.

  • Balance the budget over time
  • Lower taxes for individuals and small businesses
  • Eliminate waste, fraud, and government pork

Every dollar the government spends comes from the American people. For too long, Washington has spent beyond its means without accountability.

We need to restore fiscal responsibility by controlling spending, simplifying the tax system, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used effectively.

Lower taxes and disciplined spending allow families to keep more of what they earn and help businesses grow and create jobs.

Parents, not bureaucrats, should be in charge of their children’s education.

  • Increase transparency in schools
  • Protect parental rights
  • Refocus on core learning

Education should prepare students for success, not push political agendas. Parents deserve to know what their children are being taught and have a voice in those decisions.

We need greater transparency, accountability, and a renewed focus on core subjects like reading, math, and science.

Strong schools and engaged parents lead to better outcomes for students and stronger communities.

Your rights are God given and enshrined in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, not given by any government.

  • Protect free speech and due process
  • Defend the Second Amendment
  • Block federal overreach

The Constitution is the foundation of our country. It guarantees freedoms that must be protected from government overreach.

That includes the right to speak freely, the right to defend yourself, and the right to fair treatment under the law.

Protecting these rights ensures that government serves the people, not the other way around.

Anyone or group who attempts to change or subordinate the Bill of Rights or the Constitution by any means other than a Constitutional Convention or a 2/3s amendment approval by the states is an enemy of the United States and needs to be destroyed by any means possible.

The problem in Washington isn’t a lack of power, it’s a lack of accountability.

  • Audit federal agencies
  • Increase transparency
  • Push for term limits

Washington too often operates without accountability. Programs continue without review, spending goes unchecked, and results are rarely measured.

Congress has the authority to conduct oversight, audit agencies, and demand transparency, but those tools are not being fully used.

Restoring accountability means ensuring government works for the people, not for itself.

Strong families build a strong nation.

  • Support families and communities
  • Protect faith and personal responsibility
  • Promote hard work and accountability

A strong country is built on strong families and shared values. Personal responsibility, faith, and community are essential to a healthy society.

Policies should support families, not replace them, and reinforce the values that help communities succeed.

Every life has value.

  • Protect the unborn
  • Support mothers and adoption
  • Limit abortion with exceptions in extreme cases

Life is a fundamental value that should be reflected in our laws and culture.

At the same time, we must support mothers, families, and adoption so that choosing life is a real and supported option.

This is about compassion, responsibility, and protecting those who cannot speak for themselves.

America should lead the future.

  • Create clear rules for digital assets
  • Protect ownership rights
  • Prevent fraud

Innovation drives economic growth and opportunity. Cryptocurrency and digital assets represent a new frontier in financial systems.

The United States should lead in this space by providing clear rules that encourage innovation while protecting against fraud.

Balancing freedom and security ensures that innovation benefits everyone.

American jobs belong in America.

  • Penalize offshoring
  • Strengthen domestic manufacturing
  • Reward companies that invest here

For too long, companies have moved jobs overseas while benefiting from access to American markets.

We need policies that prioritize American workers and hold companies accountable when they abandon them.

A strong economy starts with strong jobs here at home.

Antisemitism and racism have no place in America.

  • One standard for all
  • Equal justice under the law
  • A country united by shared values, not divided by identity
